Tina Tavares, CNA|CHHA
Field Supervisor
Tina Tavares completed her education and training to become a Certified Nurse Assistant in 2003. Her career has included a variety of roles with Long Term Care facilities and in-home care environments. Tina is currently utilizing her skills as the Field Supervisor for DRB Elder Care.
As a leader of the Client Care Team, she coordinates the various responsibilities of the certified and non-certified staff. She ensures compassionate and skilled care is provided to the individuals relying on her staff to remain safe and independent in their homes.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and being with her family and friends. Tina resides in Gloucester, MA with her husband and dog, Pixie.
Billi-Jo Todd, CNA|CHHA
Director of Staff Development and Training
Billi-Jo Todd graduated at the top of her class and successfully passed the Certified Nurse Assistant competency exam in 2003. She has held key roles with Long Term Care facilities, Acute Care and Rehabilitative hospitals and is currently the Director of Staff Development and Training at DRB Elder Care.
In her role with the agency, Billi-Jo develops employee training and professional development programs. She instructs new team members and employees on best practices and procedures, facilitates the educational and recertification programs and oversees the quality assurance and improvement at the agency.
Billi-Jo grew up and still lives in Gloucester, MA. She loves spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about photography and enjoys being outside with her dog, Sophie.
Dawn Smith, CNA|CHHA
Certified Caregiver
Dawn Smith completed her education and testing to become a CNA in 2006. Since then, she has been utilizing her expertise and skills as a caregiver working in LTC facilities, doing individual home care for families and now as the Lead CNA for DRB Elder Care.
Her work ethic and ability to deliver compassionate care to elders sets her apart from others. Dawn’s heart is truly filled with love, and she instinctively knows how to manage an in-home care environment.
She grew up in Western MA and relocated to Gloucester in 2013 to be closer to her mother. She takes pleasure in being with her children and grandchildren, relaxing around a campfire, and many other outdoor activities.
Natalie Romanyk, CNA|CHHA
Certified Caregiver
Natalie Romanyk became a CNA in 2019 while working in supportive services for a local home care agency. She quickly embraced the responsibilities as a home health aide and took advanced training in Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Natalie is now on the certified care team at DRB Elder Care.
She excels at following a Care Plan and delivering a high level of care to the clients’ she serves. Her reliability is one of her finest qualities. Natalie enjoys working with people and has become a valued member of our team.
Her favorite pastime is watching movies, especially Al Pacino flicks, and she’s an avid follower of numerous sports. She loves to spend time with her fiancée and has become an enthusiastic animal person.
Erika Westfield, CNA|CHHA
Certified Caregiver
Erika Westfield began her career in the healthcare field in 2012. She was among the leading students in her CNA training class and passed the skills exam that same year. Her initial focus included positions with Long Term Care and Rehabilitation facilities where she excelled with patients having complicated cognitive declines. This led to her successful completion of the Advanced Alzheimer’s and Dementia Training course through Addison Gilbert Hospital.
Immediately after, Erika spent 4 years working in the Geriatric Psychiatric unit. Over the past few years, she has been working for families performing private in-home care and is currently a member of the certified care team at DRB Elder Care.
In her spare time, Erika enjoys spending time with her family and loves being outside with her children. She’s also quite fond of cooking, baking, and relaxing with her boyfriend.
